Always helpful and the friendly staff really do go out of their way to make you feel comfortable even in the most stressful times when dealing with an illness an a beloved pet. Have been going to the Berwick Village Vet for over 15 years and would never think of going anywhere else. Have recommended Jeremy and his great team to many of my Family and Friends and who have also great reports to share about the care their pets receive.
Special mention to Ruby, Hannah & Donna. They took the time to explain everything clearly, treated “Tupug” our Pug with such kindness and grace, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and reassuring. Tupug looked so peaceful. It’s rare to find a team that combines such professionalism with heartfelt empathy. The final touches of preparing her body to take home will never be forgotten by us. We are heartbroken but so grateful. Thankyou, Belinda 🐾
They were caring, professional, and kept us informed the entire time, which made a difficult situation much easier for us. The surgery went well and we felt confident that our dog was in very capable hands.
The nurses and staff were also incredibly kind and attentive, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they treat.
