On behalf of my Mum & Dad; Jenny & Brian Shinners, I’d like to Thankyou so much for your care & compassion over 50 years (since Doreen Tudge days and onwards). My parents have had a few dogs under your care and have always felt heard, supported & nurtured when requiring assistance from you and your wonderful team Jeremy.

Special mention to Ruby, Hannah & Donna. They took the time to explain everything clearly, treated “Tupug” our Pug with such kindness and grace, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and reassuring. Tupug looked so peaceful. It’s rare to find a team that combines such professionalism with heartfelt empathy. The final touches of preparing her body to take home will never be forgotten by us. We are heartbroken but so grateful. Thankyou, Belinda 🐾

Dr Jeremy and his entire team at The Berwick Village Vet are the most compassionate, kind, generous and genuine people I have ever met. We have been bringing all our pets to the clinic for over 5 years and we have received nothing but the best care for each and every animal. You know they love animals as they leave no stone unturned in providing incredible care to our special boy Jeff who left us suddenly and now to our little Dawn. They never pushed decisions or ignored our worries, shared our sadness and were there supporting us through making difficult decisions. I could not recommend The Berwick Village vet more highly.

We recently had a very stressful experience when our dog needed surgery to remove rocks from her stomach and intestine. Dr Jeremy and the team at Berwick Village Vet were absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process.

They were caring, professional, and kept us informed the entire time, which made a difficult situation much easier for us. The surgery went well and we felt confident that our dog was in very capable hands.

The nurses and staff were also incredibly kind and attentive, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they treat. We are very grateful for the excellent care our dog received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Berwick Village Vet to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled veterinary team.

Over 12.5 years of visiting Dr Jeremy Jones we always felt at ease and that our GSD was always in the best care and there was always comfort knowing that our family dog wellbeing was top priority. Referrals to home behaviouralist to introduce our pet to newborns was critical and we were very pleased with the support and success of the full range of services we received at Berwick village and the wider team. Important to have a good regular veterinary clinic to build that trust and familiarity.

After switching vets recently, and moving to Berwick Village Vet I wish I had done it years ago. Every staff member was fantastic and took the time to listen and ask questions. I felt my dogs welfare was truly cared about, never feeling rushed. As a bonus every one of my dogs medications was at a better cost than my previous vet in the area. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
